“I recently visited Marie’s Restaurant in Cleveland and had a really comforting, home-style dining experience. The restaurant has a cozy, old-school atmosphere that feels welcoming and unpretentious, like a true neighborhood spot.
I ordered a traditional Eastern European dish, and it was rich, hearty, and clearly made from scratch. The flavors felt very homemade, especially the sauces and dumplings, which stood out for their warmth and depth. Portions were generous and satisfying.
Service was friendly and personal, adding to the relaxed, family-run feel of the place. Overall, it’s a great hidden gem in Cleveland if you’re looking for authentic, comforting European-style cooking in a casual setting.“

“great for dates and gatherings a-like, tartine does traditional french cuisine justice. they feature an entirely separate vegan menu, including brunch with crepes and more for dessert. if you have room, the creme brulee isn't to be missed. in the past, my favorite has been the "steak" salad and french onion soup. with a seasonal menu, old favorites can be lost, but this also means that there's always something to look forward to.“
