Customer service is subpar. Don't tell me it's an hour wait on ribs when you know it's 2.5, tell me it's 2.5 hour and I'll decide IF I'll wait. To get nasty and belligerent with a customer that is going off the information you provided is OUTRAGEOUS! This place respects neither your time nor your intention to "Spend Black"
Food cooked when you order, wings, ribs and sauce are excellent. Moved out of the neighborhood but I go back sometimes because I can’t find better anywhere in Cleveland or Willoughby Hills. Love Love Love Hollands 🔥🥰🥰

Me and my husband decided to get Uber Eats delivery from this place last night and I will tell you never 👎 again will I get food from this place and me and my husband are both suffering from food poisoning I don’t think the chicken was well cooked smh 🤦🏾♀️
