Great little find while I was walking around this afternoon. The onigiri was great, and the okonomiyaki was something I’ve never tasted, heard of, or seen before. It was absolutely delicious and I will be coming back for more sometime! Staff were super friendly as well. I believe they said it was the only place around that you could get it, so I think it’s definitely worth a visit.

We walked in and were instantly greeted by a friendly person who instructed us to have a seat and look over the menu and when we were ready we could come and order. We ordered two Musubi and two onigiri (tuna and crab). It was such a reasonable price for such delicious Japanese cuisine! It was the perfect lunch for our day. We will definitely be back and we will bring friends!

Quaint Japanese place in Cleveland’s Asia Town. The atmosphere feels like you are in East Asia, and the food is delicious, high quality, and very fairly priced.
I’d absolutely come back.
Oh also, if you’ve never tried okonomiyaki it is a must have! It’s a very interesting dish that I’ve never had anything like before, and it’s quite delicious.

I've picked up lunch from here many times now, and I am consistently impressed. Everything is cooked/rolled to order, and the owner is friendly and helpful if you don't know what you want. I love the curry katsu and the loco moco, and the spam musubi is fun!

The entire experience at Ice or Rice Café was absolutely amazing! Everything was made fresh to order, and the quality truly stood out. The spam musubi was simple yet so delicious. The pork belly okonomiyaki was my absolute favorite incredibly flavorful, perfectly cooked, and such a generous portion that I even had leftovers for dinner. The crisp crab roll was outstanding — fresh, clean, light, yet packed with flavor. I also grabbed a matcha latte (without boba), and it was smooth and refreshing.
The food, atmosphere, and care in preparation made this visit unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!
