It was such a treat to find this place in Cleveland after going to the Cleveland Clinic. We visited Japan from the end of March to beginning of April and it’s hard to find very authentic places. This is the most authentic that we’ve found in Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Wow! Loved it! The person behind the counter was very nice too.

My pork belly tonkotsu was off the chain, and my dad’s first taste of ramen (he did the Tokyo Miso) had him raving. Hidden gem.
