There was a line of customers in the drive thru and still the fries were cold and my sandwich was not even wrapped in the wrapper, maybe half wrapped and it was cold as well. The time to get my food was fairly quick and they seemed to have lots of people working but to get cold food was very disappointing

The girl at the drive-through was courteous when there was ice cream equipment failure and offered substitution or refund. I opted for substitution. She offered drink selections, I chose O.J. That dispenser, too, wasn't working as well given two attempts. She then offered lemonade. I admired her patience. We were missing a large no ice Coke from our mobile order and did not get a paper receipt. The order had already been removed from the overhead monitor. She looked resolute...

From out of town, and went through the drive thru, the staff was some of the nicest people that we interacted with, the wait time was wasn’t long, and the food was fresh and neatly wrapped, a lot better than what my hometown has produced
