It's my usual stop. Placed an online order to take with me to work. Just sat down to eat and bit right into the bread bag plastic tie. The little clip for holding the bread closed. Not cool could have choked. Called and was told to take it back for a new sandwich. No thanks, not eating here again.

This is the CLEANEST Mr. Hero I've ever seen! I called ahead to confirm closing time and they informed me when I should arrive to ensure that I wouldn't cut it too close. Located in a shopping plaza, the restaurant was easy to find. The place was so clean! I always visit a Mr. Hero when I'm in town and I was not disappointed! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Everything was fresh and tasty as always! Thanks! ??Romanburger?Parking: Parking was plentiful in the large plaza.

A little disappointed. The food was a little on the soggy side. The lettuce and tomatoes were not fresh - old and wilty. Maybe because there are new people in there again. Hope they get it together!

Used to LOVE Mr. Hero...the last 5 yrs or so...when I decide I can't live without it...I have been repeatedly disappointed...HOWEVER, the Me. Hero in Brookfield plaza...is DELICIOUS and I have been there once a week for a couple months now...every time..the food was perfect.

Over priced for what you receive. The regular sized cheese steak was just gyro meat not even chopped 3 or 4 slices fried then fold over and served on what I would call a glorified yet stall hot dog roll. I also order a large sub the meat tasted like the cheap prepackaged meat you get from a discount supermarket there was hardly any cheese and it was served on the same roll as my regular steak but in stead they made two and even wrapped them individually. The people who worked there seemed nice and the waiting area looked clean. If not for that it would have been a two star review. Unlikely to come back
