“I live about 90 min from Cleveland, and my 8 year old has been begging me to take him somewhere to try bubble tea for weeks now. We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. The restaurant was also super clean and all the employees were working hard.“

“As a visitor to Cleveland and being my first time at Seven Chefs Buffet, I loved everything about it, esp. the food. I thought the food there was very delicious, very tasteful and flavorful, and there are so many different types of foods to choose from. The staff are courteous, and the place is fairly clean. I would definitely go back.“

“Ordered their food from DoorDash as I was passing through Cleveland. We ordered their beef pho, shrimp spring rolls and their shrimp lo mein. Their pho was decent. Clear broth but lacked richness. The lo mein was the best dish we had. Loved the smokey flavor from the wok.“
