Panera Bread in Cleveland

“I had a phenomenal experience today at Panera Bread. The food was delicious, the cashier was friendly and went above and beyond what I am use to at any Panera. Even the cooks were friendly and made sure I was properly notified that my food was ready, as I was distracted and away from the pick up area. I have no idea what any names are but Kudos to this Panera for hiring great people and creating an environment of good customer service.

They have a new menu item, Italian steak mozzarella. We all loved it. (chefs kiss) Which made me order one to go.“

“Located within the main campus of Cleveland Clinic this is a great spot to have lunch or a snack while waiting on your appointments. Our favorites are the Napa Chicken Salad sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. The chicken salad is chunky chicken with slivered almonds, grapes, and celery in a sweet creamy dressing. Food has always been consistent. I will say I don’t care for the self ordering system. There are several kiosks packed tightly together to order from. Also, this is also primarily a rapid pickup location.“
