Papa John's in Cleveland

“Hey Lex, i think you forgot that the reddit post you stole your pic from was a Dominos, not a Papa Johns. You should definitely proofread when leaving reviews that can seriously damage businesses.

Today i snagged a PHENOMENAL drool worthy chicken and bacon cheesesteak pie from a sparklingly clean pizza kitchen, super friendly staff and super fast online pick up order.

“So I give this papa John's is one if the best ones I have been too. The food was tasty and made exactly how I wanted. Another thing that really stood out was the customer service as there was an issue with one of my items and they had a solution and a back up solution just in case. I don't order out much and not normally papa John's but what can I say but Papa John's has out pizzaed the hut.“

“I love Papa John's, but I am regretfully writing my first negative review about them. When I received my pizza, everything seemed fine; however, when I got home, one of the garlic cups had opened during transport. The garlic sauce had leaked everywhere upon my fiancee's clothing and the inside of her car. Upon calling in to complain, I was informed that if a garlic cup is on its side, it will open from the heat of the pizza. What I don't understand is that if they knew that this was a regular issue, why would they put the cup in the box sideways? The lack of care for the customer is evident, and unfortunately, I will have to double-check their work on all future orders. Although, thankfully, they did refund the pizza in an attempt to make things right.“

I went in recently, (WAYYYY after I had gotten my replacement pizza, YESSSS I AM A LOYAL customer ❣?), she was BY HERSELF.
She was making ALL the pizza's, taking care of customers, & doing the oven, boxing & EVERRRRYTHING ALLLLL BY HERSELF...

“Always order carryout, their pies are made well and as ordered. Just tried the jalapeno papa bites, they were generously cheesy but not overstuffed, not messy, and they were baked through. Store is clean, staff is great. One time a few weeks ago there was an issue with my order, but staff was transparent about the issue (they could have lied, I would have lol, but he was truthful and apologetic). Offered me a few options to make it right. I chose a refund and it was in my account that same day. Order always ready when the app says it will be, always hot even if I'm late to pick up. Papa Johns isn't my favorite chain pie, but this is my favorite location. Open super late is a huge bonus since I work weird hours“
