Papa John's Pizza offers an easy-to-use online ordering system, with quick preparation and correct orders. The food, including works pizza, 10 inch cheese bread, and boneless buffalo wings, received positive feedback, although more cheese and pizza sauce were desired. The garlic sauce was a satisfactory substitute. The customer service, both over the phone and in-person, was praised for its kindness and helpfulness. However, there were issues with ordering after hours. The price and value received were considered excellent compared to other pizza places.
