Papa John's in Akron

“Tonight we got some delivery and unfortunately most of our order had gotten left at the store. I called in and I forget the young lady’s name but she was super apologetic and helpful. Immediately set up to have the rest delivered and threw in an extra full stuffed crust pizza AND an extra 2-liter. Supreme customer service!! Also the doordash driver for the first part of delivery didn’t really seem to care about the situation but the Papa John’s driver that brought the rest was absolutely amazing!“

“I usually do not eat Papa John's but I figured I'd give it another try, and I have to say.... I was Great!! The online ordering system on the app sent me to the farthest store from my house. But thats not this locations fault. The staff was friendly and attentive. I got in a ND out in less than a minute.“

“We ordered pizzas. Our pizzas never showed. We call and they refused to talk to us. When we showed up to get our pizzas, they did not have it, and they told us to get out and never come back. We will never go back, we will never eat papa John's pizza, we hope you close forever, and dechecos has way better pizza and service.“

“Ordered on the app for a deal. I wasn't disappointed. I tried the pan style crust. Really enjoyed it! It has a crust on the bottom that seemed cheesy. Very tasty! Quick preparation for pick up at the drive thru window. I always order from this location and never have an issue with my order. Always hot and fresh with friendly staff. Definitely enjoyed!!!“
