Pizza Hut in Cleveland

“Young ladies at the counter were immediately taken care of every customer. All the items are as to be expected from Pizza Hut express with nothing too surprising BUT made when you order and not waiting in a hot box. BTW - definitely pick up the popcorn it was very good!This is in Steelyard Commons and I wasn't too crazy about the gunshots I heard the moment I came out of the ? Target Store!Probably won't go back just for that reason.

Parking: It's inside of a Target store so there's plenty of parking“

“The pizza was good , they actually cooked it !!!The last pizza i ate from pizza hut was 20 years ago, i stopped eating it because the toppings were never fully cooked and i didn't like it. So trying a slice today was cool seeing this location actually cooks the pizza properly. I may try it again. But with nowhere to sit down and eat my pizza why would I ?“

“Despite the reviews, the pizza was delicious both times I’ve visited! A couple suggestions, they could make sure everything is cut all the way through and clean up the place; Make it a little brighter. To where it’s more welcoming and not like a literal whole in a wall. But AGAIN the food was on point!“

There is a very nice and kind man in Lorain Ave W 106 ST Pizza Hut, I was there he gave free food to a needy person (homeless).
He is regularly supporting people like that and I really appreciate his humanity spirit“

The area is very clean and outside the building is very safe and secure. “Every time I order from the Pizza Hut on Euclid and green road I never get my pops my food is always under cooked or cold they can’t keep a delivery driver the employees always have messed up attitudes very poor customer service skills and are so rude to customers that are spending their money I would not recommend no one to shop at that location because they are very rude and disrespectful including the manager“

“Last time I ordered from here, they didn't get none of the 3 items I ordered right. This time I went, everything was perfect. They changed the management and it's turned out pretty good. If they disappointed you before, I urge you to give them another chance, they've finally got it together and doing their jobs really well. Good food fast n hot. Well done, no complaints 5 stars“

“Atmosphere is irrelevant it's Pizza Hut in Maple Heights at a plaza by Southgate.

I ordered a personal pan with extra pepperoni 🍕 and enjoyed as I sat on the ledge and watched for my bus.

Customer service was as good as it should be. There's never any disgruntled employees however I noticed there were new workers and a brand new manager named Shavon who seems very committed towards great customer service.

Overall How quickly my pizza was expedited tells me that oven stays burning. I was hungrier than a Mug too!!“
