Pizza Hut Express

W 117th and Detroit Ave in Cleveland Ohio. It finally was closed and demolished. This was long overdue as this place was run down and the employees were careless and negligent. Customer service was terrible and the food quality was terrible. Pizza Hut and it’s brand have overstayed their welcome really- they are from an era that is long gone (1980s-1990s). Back then the quality was amazing and it was an affordable awesome place to eat. Today it’s a dying franchise.

Service was absolutely horrible. I ordered a couple of pizzas for delivery. when delivered one of my pizzas were wrong. I called and was put on hold. I was on hold for over 30 minutes before someone finally answered. when the worker finally answered she was very rude and had major attitude. she handed me off to her manager and they told me I would have to bring my pizza in to receive the correct one.
