I don’t want to use the word “discrimination” to describe this store, but they did make me feel that way. My kids really love this brand’s fried chicken, but after this experience, they said they wouldn’t choose it again.

They never have chicken sandwiches. I've placed over 5 different doordash orders in the last 6 months and each time I placed an order it was ALWAYS CANCELED. Then I call and they always say the same thing. No chicken sandwiches. Worst popeyes in cleveland.

Edited: RAW CHICKEN - went back for seconds right before putting the box in the fridge for the night. Chose what I thought was a plump leg it was a raw!!! 🤮🤢 I’m so sick to my stomach.
Original post:One star due to the policy of having mobile orders come inside to pick up. This should be stated when you place the order online that you cannot pick up through the drive thru.
Also wait time-The review that you get your online order once the entire neighborhood goes through the drive thru 🧑🍳🤌🏽 exactly. Chicken was good, Mac n cheese was only cheese, no biscuits with our family meal or hot sauce that was ordered online too.

I placed a GrubHub order and everytime I'm missing food out my order. If you pay for something you expect to get it. Someone is bagging up orders and not checking to make sure the order is complete. I will not order from here via delivery again as I can't trust I'll receive my complete order.

I ordered my order online, I arrived at the store for 15 minutes to pick up my food and I had to wait 1 hour for my food while the employees chatted and were on the phone and the line was almost on the street, even the manager was eating 💩, I hope they improve the service and value their consumers a little more

It took 2 hours to get an uber eats order from this place. 5 different delivery drivers went in and left bc the food still wasn’t ready.
They close early everyday, horrible service,caught the employees hiding in the back not taking orders being lazy.

I just left there and got home to eat my dinner worst chicken I ever ate so dried out there was no meat on my breast also they were out of small size mashed potatoes had to buy a large. Very disappointed 😞 😔

There terrible 1st off I been going to this Popeyes at least 10 years plus and it’s always been terrible from the service if it was another closer I would go to that one and I ordered at 10 o’clock never received my food because they like to close the store early can’t wait until they shut that store down then don’t ask anybody any questions it’s like talking to a bunch of kids I’ll never again order or by food from this store again straight trash from the ppl that work there to customers service pure trash probably need to fire everybody in the store starting with the higher ups
