Employee refused to make my food that I ordered through the app claiming they don’t sell it. I ordered plain mashed potatoes and she refused to make them. Waited at the drive thru window for 5 minutes and no one came to window. Went inside and she ignored me and got upset when I asked about my order and stated you don’t have an order even though I showed her confirmation. Super unprofessional and rude. And no manager stepped up to correct the behavior.

It’s the management that destroys the Popeyes here they got one Workrr running the line and packing the food. They sit back and watch the line and get big and do nothing to get the stuff moving the right way poor management a bunch of people working to get a free check they care less about the people who come into their establishment shut it down

Horrible horrible service. 7 people working and no one can take an order. Everybody walking around in circles looking clueless. Drive thru wrapped around the building while chicken sits and waits to be served. Horrible. They need to fire everyone and start over with competent people.

Order doordash been waiting 40 minutes I'm working like 10 minutes around the corner it takes that long to put six chicken strips and a mashed potato in a box should have looked at the reviews before I ordered as an owner of a company I don't know how you keep your staff on board when you have 2.8 stars on Google reviews have some sort of pride

I recently did a Grub Hub order and the restaurant left out two items. This will be last time that I order from Popeyes they always mess up or order.
I came here and waited for my order for an hour. When my food finally arrived, it was incomplete and cold. When I raised the issue, no one showed any interest or helped.

Overall service is very poor, the staff is rude and they rush you while your ordering. No greeting when pulling up to the drive thru speaker to order, so you’re just waiting until someone says “go ahead” . When pulling to the window they say your food is “coming up” but after you pay they tell you to pull up and someone will bring the order to you. I waited 22mins for my order and the chicken wasn’t fully cooked. I really hope that this location and its staff can improve.

Ordered online. Gave them the 15 minute drive I have as time to prepare the order. Here goes, everything was great. the food was warm, the fries where crispy. Don’t let the reviews fool you, if you want chicken you gonna have to wait cause the place is always full. I’ve been 6 years without trying this because of the reviews, but if I compared this to my old experience from Popeyes Puerto Rico, this was pretty much the same 10/10.
