Are there any reviews less than 1 star? Any -3 stars? The place has a horrible service starting because the doors are always closed, it takes forever to attend through the drive-thru, the attitude of the employees is simply horrible, inappropriate and unprofessional.
They are people who clearly don't care about work, much less customers, too disappointed that Popeyes has these types of people working under the company.

First time eating at Popeyes. The spicy chicken was good, juicy, and had flavor. I also like that I can customize the chicken pieces. Honestly, the only reason why I never ate here was that I couldn't customize. I'm happy that has changed. Popeyes is another good option besides KFC.

This Popeyes location in Euclid has consistently shown poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. I waited 23 minutes for food today and was met with attitude from the employee at the window who told me she’s “a big dog” — completely inappropriate. It often takes 10 minutes just to order at the speaker. I shouldn’t have to leave my own community to find decent service and food. This location seriously needs better training and management.

I literally just left from up here and when I tell you the service is exceptional. The team worked together, they offered help to their co workers, laughed, joked with the customers, a great atmosphere. My chicken was so good and fresh i decided to order more chicken, a chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, Mac n cheese and a lemonade. The manager was motivating to the workers as well. Great job this location has come a long way... and they need to go back to giving free honey packs like they do with jelly
