We got there on a Friday night, I assumed it would be super busy, so I made a reservation for my son's birthday dinner for 4. We arrived, the restaurant was pretty empty, to my surprise-we got seated, and it literally took almost 15 minutes for someone to come greet us-I was giving them 5 more minutes, or we were leaving. We were looking for a place to eat downtown on a Monday afternoon for a little Birthday dinner and stumbled upon Punch Bowl Social. The open doors looked so inviting, so we decided to give it a try—and we're so glad we did! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we walked in.

we had an amazing time at punch bowl social in cleveland! our server, dana, was absolutely fantastic—super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. she had great recommendations and kept the vibe fun the entire night. dana really went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. we’ll definitely be coming back and asking for her next time!
