Rally's offers great food, with a variety of options available. However, the service can be inconsistent, with some customers experiencing long wait times, even when ordering ahead. Additionally, there may be issues with accuracy, such as forgetting to include certain items or preparing them incorrectly. Despite these flaws, the meal is generally good, and the line is fast.
