Rude staff name Natasha very nasty service

It took them over an hour and a half to bring out a pick up order today. No one would or will answer the phone. This store is a total joke. Will never place an order through this store again.

I’m wondering what the policy is when entering Sam’s Club, in relation to the employees there greeting n checking cards. I was there this morning and I walki in behind a couple ladies, they walked right pass the lady and she didn’t say nothing to either one and I’m right behind them and she stops me to ask me for my card!! Well what about the 2 that just just walked right in past you???
