Sazón Boricua is a nice family Puerto Rican restaurant. From the moment you arrive, the service is excellent. The manager gives off a positive, professional, and welcoming vibe, and the customer service and attention truly deserve a 100/10. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is amazing. The woman who took the order was patient, friendly, and took the time to answer all questions. The food is always delicious. The lunch special with yellow arroz con gondules and chicken that is just like tender and crisp chicharrones but pollo is a standout, alongside tostones with a side ajo. The mofongo bowl is the best mofongo ever had. The chicken is moist, tender, and flavorful. Portion sizes are generous, the food is beautifully presented, and everything tastes incredible. The prices are very fair. They offer chicken broth with papa's, zanahorias and chicken while you wait. This place is truly a hidden gem.
