The food was fresh and tasted great. However, for dine-in, what is the point of taking the plastic number and placing it on a table, when you're only going to call me to pick up my own food? And ask for a tip on top of that?
Shake Shack downtown is good as long as you plan ahead. I recommend ordering in advance because the service is pretty slow. The food itself is great and every burger I’ve tried has been really good. They do tend to forget add ons, which ends up wasting a dollar or two, so keep an eye on your order. The service overall is just okay, nothing bad but nothing special. The atmosphere is nice, and I would recommend this location if you have time to wait and want some quality fast...

Unfortunately the quality of the ingredients they believe is worth the price only accounted for the nice Hawaiian style bun they use. The rest left a lot to be desired. The ground beef had way to much fat in it which lead to the nice crispy...
