Service can be hit or miss, but it’s one of the few Steak ‘n Shakes remaining in the Cleveland area. I’ve had mostly good experiences lately, though they do close at least 10 minutes before closing time. I was there 10 minutes before close and the doors were locked with no employees in sight.
Went to the steak and shake down in steelyard commons late last night(8/5/2026) around 9-9:30 - drive thru line was long, but moved very quickly for SnS- on top of that, this may have been the very best Frisco melt combo I have ever received, and I’ve eaten many! The burgers were so perfect, the sauce was enough to smother both my patties without making a mess, the fries were so fresh and crispy in that beef tallow 😘🤌 Too many people write in to complain,...read full review
Everything and everyone were terrific. The staff was nice and the food was great.
