“We were in Cleveland on Friday, coming from Milwaukee area. Our server, AJ was outstanding! He was very welcoming, fun to be around, & gave us great service. Steaks were great too. We all felt very worth our stop, especially be made to feel right at home by AJ.“
“Everything was exceptional from start to finish. Destiny was our waitress, and she truly went above and beyond. Since the menu is written in Italian, she took the time to walk us through every section from the appetizers and salads to the entrées and desserts making the entire experience feel comfortable and personalized. She asked about our preferences, explained popular dishes, and recommended items based on what we enjoyed, which made ordering so much easier.
We started with the shareable potato dish with shrimp and wine sauce, along with an eggplant appetizer, and both were absolutely delicious. The service throughout the evening was impeccable. Our water glasses were constantly refilled without us having to ask, and each course was cleared promptly with fresh silverware brought out every time.
For dessert, we had the affogato — vanilla gelato topped with espresso and it was the perfect ending to the meal.
Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. Oliva has a smaller, more intimate atmosphere that feels warm, elegant, and inviting. I especially loved the open floor plan where you can watch the chefs cooking, which added so much to the ambiance and overall dining experience.“

“Went on Sunday with my mom and husband and Adam was our server. We were immediately seated. Adam was quick and very attentive. We ordered Prime Rib, Delmonico and burger. I ordered the half chicken to go and mushrooms as an appetizer. Everything was delicious and for the price you can't beat it. The restaurant was clean and nice on the inside and what made the visit awesome was over the server. Adam as wonderful and kept our drinks full at times. You get the value for the meals provided. It's so nice to have an establishment like this as they are long gone. I also loved the fact that we all ordered salad and we got a family style serving where we served ourselves from the salad bowl. Thank you for a wonderful meal and the experience. It was our first time going and will be back.“

“So good, so friendly, and the lobster roll was absolutely delicious.
Here is my only gripe:
The young lady shouldn't have asked us if we could hurry our dinner because we arrived earlier than expected for our reservations.
It's highly unprofessional.
Especially if we're blowing around $200+ on apps, dinner, drinks, and deserts.
Honestly, it's not about how much someone spends, it's about staff friendliness.

“We have enjoyed Delmonico’s twice now and they do not disappoint! Exquisite Dining! Absolutely delectable dishes! The Lobster Bisque is made with love and the feature, Japanese Wagyu was absolutely divine! We ordered the Béarnaise sauce but the steak did not need it at all! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a divine cuisine! Definitely recommend! I wish we lived closer!“

“In general; good service, good food and reasonable prices for lunch, but a little expensive for the steak and the wings; seprisengly; one side only offerd with the steak for lunch, but their Wheat bread is good 🥖🥖. Costumers might wana check details with prices.“

“We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. This was our first time dining here and was a pleasant experience. Rather surprised with the dining room vs bar dress code. Some diners were extremely casual for a higher end restaurant. Overall, very nice“

“I had the most amazing birthday. My husband surprised me with dinner here for the first time. The lobster was huge, the Delmonico steak with truffle butter was exquisite, he tried a tomahawk steak with truffle butter and was in heaven. We shared a colossal crab appetizer, the freshest asparagus we've ever had in a restaurant, scalloped potatoes that were a cheesy delight, they keep bringing fresh bread he surprised me by asking for the cotton candy they offer for special occasions and ended with crème brûlée. Every bite was savory and surpassed our expectations. Couldn't of had a better experience and can't wait to come back when we can!“
