Just ordered a cowboy cut strip with mashed and asparagus. The owner called me immediately to let me know they were out of mashed potatoes and made me roasted potatoes instead. I was impressed at the time he took to keep me informed and the initiative to make an alternative side. My meal was ready at the time specified and unfortunately, didn't even make it on the drive home which is why there are no photos. The strip was juicy cooked medium rare as I asked and asparagus was perfect....read full review
