This is the Chick-Fil-A of Cleveland, but better. Every single time I go, the customer service is A1. The food is well seasoned and love that it's Black woman-owned. In an era of poor customer service, Crispy Chick is a breath of fresh air. My favorite item to buy is the chicken wrap with fries and a lemonade. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with Crispy Chick!!
Stopped by after a quick search of reviews for something close by while visiting. The reviews did not disappoint. The chicken was a flavor explosion in my mouth! The seasoned fries and Cole slaw were tasty as well. I know the next time I come to visit I’ll be stopping by for another round. I like keeping it local.
This place was recommended to me by another small business owner. The first time I tried it, I kept saying wow, OMG, this is amazing, woah, etc. The friend who joined me was going to let her colleagues know about it, since it is barely 10 minutes from the University Circle area. I went back again, to try the wrap. The same adjectives could have been used again. So amazing!
