Rally's is a popular restaurant known for its great food, though customers have reported some inconsistencies in the service. While the fries are often fresh and hot, and the Big Buford burger is well-presented, the restaurant can sometimes be slow in preparing orders, with long wait times of up to 40 minutes. Customers have also noted issues with the restaurant's scanner, preventing the use of coupons. Despite these challenges, many customers still enjoy the overall dining experience at Rally's.
