Stopped here based on reviews while traveling and was not disappointed! Small buffalo chicken Philly was delicious and not as messy as it looks. Totally worth $10.
I gave only four stars for the atmosphere because it was very smoky in the restaurant. Chose to eat in the car so the smell wouldn’t get stuck in my clothes.
Would recommend this restaurant and eat here again.

I saw on social media that this business was doing $7 large hoagies for one day only. I couldn’t get the code to work on the website or the mobile app, so I tried calling the Warren Rd location. I called twice, about 15 minutes apart, and got no answer. I then tried calling the Parma location - they answered, but were pretty rude. I was going to give up but decided to try the one on Grayton Rd. I’m glad I did! They apologized for the code not working online, happily took my order over the phone, and were just all-around friendly and sweet. When I arrived, my food was ready and the pleasantries continued in person. They were out of the cookie I wanted to try, so they told me when I could come back tomorrow for them to be in stock. I’ll definitely be going back to this location!

Highly recommend, was in town for travel staying at the holiday inn next door and gave this place a try…. I gotta say it’s definitely on par with the cheesesteaks I’ve had in Philly.

It's not often I feel compelled to leave a review but what a great place. The man who I assume is the owner has such passion and is extremely kind. Shook my hand and thanked me for the business. I would support this place just because I like the employees. My spicy cheese steak was excellent.

Hands down the greatest Philly cheesesteak I've ever had in my life!!! Better than anything from Philly!!! The sandwich was so huge I couldn't eat it all and I was hungry!!! Excellent job Dale!!! BTW, the music was FANTASTIC classic rock... Real old school... 👊

Really pleasantly surprised to find this place when looking for a quick lunch close to the airports after arriving. Fantastic cheesesteak and fries all fresh and great flavors.

Dale and Brittany were amazing! So kind and personable. They had suggestions for me and they were confident in what they told me to try as a first timer. They definitely know what they are talking about. Also, their ability to upsell was impressive. I will 100% be back. Not just because the food was amazing but because of the way that I was greeted and the way that I was treated when I asked 1 million questions. These 2 are amazing and I will Drive out of my way in the future just to come to this location because of them. Thanks yall!

This was my first time ordering from them there was very little meat in the cheese steak and the chicken tenders very little battered and were overcooked.
The cheese steak had a good taste but was very misleading by the meat portions on the website.

Food tasted good but was fairly expensive for what you get. Wanted to make it a meal but was charged separately for everything. Owner/employee didn’t bother to tell us about the 2 for 20 they had going on as well. Also as others have said it is too loud inside.

I have been to this location 3 times. Enough chances. The last time, yesterday, my husband picked up a hoagie to bring to me at work. The order clearly states 'no peppers'. Guess what! It went in the trash since I couldn't leave work to take it back. Maybe if they turned the music down they could get the orders correct.Also, for some reason, I never get my loyalty points added to my account. The system does not have a procedure to go back and add them either! I will go elsewhere from now on.
