ABSOLUTELY amazing food and EXCELLENT customer service! Me and 2 of my girlfriends went there because we were told that they had great food. I can not say EXCELLENT enough! The food was sooo amazing and our server Jay had stellar customer service skills. Jay was very attentive and made great suggestions for us. I recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants good food, good customer service and good vibes!

I usually have a nice experience there when I dine in I got the krab cake to go it was less palatable than before. They may have changed it. It is mushy and not well seasoned. I added some vegan mayo, but not much omprovement.improvement. Even though they made my order while I waited the fries were not hot, just Luke warm. The Brussels sprouts were deelish. I should have stuck with that. Though expensive for a small quantity, they were good. I just didn't feel like cooking tonight. I should have cooked. I'm not crazy about the order of items on the website. The Brussel sprouts were all the way at the bottom past the beverages. Poor set up. When I arrived and explained that I couldn't find them they kept saying it's there. Had I been the young woman with the big butt walking by I could have gotten more assistance. I should have asked her to come in and help.

On a Tuesday night, we parked right in front of the restaurant. Our server was friendly and helpful (thanks for the tip on the fried green tomatoes!). The food was simply delicious. I'm not a vegan, but if I ate here all the time, I could be. We were the only people dining in - if you join us next time, the atmosphere would be five stars too. Great dinner. (DO get their mushroom bacon.)

Their Haute Chick’n Sandwich is hands down the best vegan burger I’ve ever had. The sweet potato waffle fries were also good. The Oyster Wingz were fantastic as well. But I have to subtract a star because they forgot my cookie.

I've ordered delivery from here a few times on UberEats. I absolutely HAVE to get around to visiting the actual restaurant. The food is amazing. As a lifelong vegan from a long line of chefs, most of the time when I eat out at vegan-only restaurants I come in with high expectations and then find myself disappointed and thinking that I could have done a better job of making the dish on my own. But not so with this spot. So far my favorites are the fettuccine alfredo with the shaved brussels sprouts on top and the vegan jerk steak tips. Both are to die for, so unique and full of flavor. The garlic bread is also a delicious addition to any meal. I tried the vegan crab cakes once and was a bit disappointed. They weren't bad but the texture wasn't what I was expecting and felt a bit lacking in substance...also I was hoping for more of a mock-fishy taste, however the sauce on top was pretty good. Maybe the crab fries are better, from the other reviews I have read they seem like a hit. After my first time ordering I have stuck to my tried and true favorites, but I definitely would like to try more items especially once I have a chance to experience the actual restaurant and full menu. So far, from all of the places I have eaten in the greater Cleveland area that either have vegan options or a fully veg menu, the only other restaurants that can stand up to The Vegan Club are Fat Cats and Earth Bistro Cafe.

Got the Buffalo blue and it was a 10/10. Need a gallon of whatever sauce they put on it so I can slather it on everything.

currently located in the cleveland breakfast club, the location is a bit convoluted considering how it's take-out only. but this southern-inspired vegan menu is sure to please. some of my favorites include the haut chik'in and steak-n-cheez empanada with chimichurri. fried green tomatoes arrive piping hot! there are also weekly and dessert specials. while options are creative and consistently use toppings like vegan feta, pickled onions, and balsamic, it can be too greasy. the jerk steak in the black bowl is also a little gummy. beware that if you're doing delivery, it won't be as fresh by the time it gets to you.

Vegan Club is one of those places that shows just how EASY it is to be vegan. There is something for everyone here that’s delicious, they haven’t missed yet. I have to get their Smash or Pass burger that genuinely is one of the best burgers I’ve had in my life, and that counting non-vegan options as well; it is insanely good. Is the food expensive? Yes it actually is, but they are HUGE portions that you get, it’s like getting two meals sometimes with their entrees lol. To me, it’s the best vegan option around. If you’re vegan and want to bring your non-vegan friends somewhere, pick this place!
