I really wanted to visit the vault because it seemed so cool! I wasn't sure of what to expect, but I thought someone would seat us or something. No one was there to seat us and we were able to go look at all the rooms. I'm not sure if those are usually reserved or if you can go take your drink to the room. The place itself is awesome and so interesting, however, the service was awful. It was Saturday night and not very busy and they had 4 bartenders, none of which smiled, greeted anyone or seemed in any hurry to serve anyone. They all looked and acted as if they hated being there. In an hour we managed to get 1 drink and basically had to yell to get their attention to even get our tab.
Very cool spot for a cocktail. The drink menu has some creative options and classic cocktails. They make the best espresso martini. Each room located around the bar has its own private ambiance. There is plenty of space to find your own little nook or share some of the larger seating areas.
