A group of us went to Viking Public House on Saturday Aug 10th. Amber was working alone and let me tell YOU this young lady rocked! She single handedly served approximately 50 people with drinks and food until she could get some back up. She worked well under pressure ! This one is a keeper and definitely would be a great Manager!
Service was great, as was the food. FYI: 4 beers on tap, also. Manager gave me a tour, & the bartender moved quickly without making any mistakes. It would help if parking details were provided on website or FB page.
Everything is great the food wasn't my favorite the burger bun was soggy as soon as it hit the table, but able to take the burger itself was good but just had to eat with fork and knife without the bun.
