Bought 3 packs os Splash flavored water and mistakenly left them under the cart. When I realized my mistake I rushed back but they were no longer on the cart. I went inside to check if someone brought them to Customer Service. One of managers (Red Vest) heard conversation with front end worker. She said “we’ll replace them for you-just go get them”. Kroger Bakery is a clean and well-stocked store with great customer service. Despite some confusion with self-checkouts, the experience is enjoyable. It may not be the preferred Kroger for some, but overall it's considered one of the better stores in the region. The staff, especially the manager in a red vest, go above and beyond to provide excellent service, even replacing items lost by customers.
