Absolutely the Best creamy whip around. Prices are very reasonable, plus you get good portions. NOT like some places where they charge more and you get less! Very pleasant owner and workers !
Get the dippers! I've never seen this anywhere else and it's such a good idea and so delicious. The base is vanilla soft serve surrounded by waffle cone flavored "chips." Next you get to pick your flavor of syrup and a topping (chocolate syrup and cookie dough pictured). It comes with a spoon just in case you run out of chips but basically you eat it like nachos.
