Historic Clifton Mill Reviews
We went for the Christmas Lights and arrived before 6pm. The lights and train display are fantastic. The Santa’s workshop is neat. But the kiddos can’t sit on his lap. Aside from looking at the beautiful lights in an incredibly small area, there’s nothing to do. It is super crowded too. For 15 bucks a head I honestly expected more but oh well. It was pretty, but could have been a drive by.
Went there after it was recommended. The cost of $15 per person for very limited area of lights although beautiful I would recommend just drive by. There is really nothing to do. Also $5 for a small hot cocoa that was lukewarm sludge. Very overpriced over crowded that you can’t enjoy anything and we went on a week night at 6pm. Not worth it
La manager usa cuentas en ebay con la informacoon de este lugar para acosar la gente en lo que vende en vez de usar su numero personal nada profesional de su parte señora y es con viejas que estamos hablando ridicula. Busquen algo que hacer que no sea joderme la vida. Vieja pendeja Jessica Noes

The Historic Clifton Mill is a popular destination, especially during the holidays. The restaurant offers delicious meals, friendly service, and a unique atmosphere. Vegetarian options include cornmeal pancakes, skillets, and wild mushroom omelets. The historic grist mill overlooks the scenic Clifton Gorge and features a world-class light display at Christmas. It's a wheelchair-accessible spot for a day trip from nearby cities.
Visitors praise the interesting history and attentive staff. The meals are well-liked, with customers enjoying a variety of dishes. The large pancakes and skillets are especially popular, with some guests noting how huge the portions are and how tasty the food is. The staff is friendly and keeps coffee cups filled. Many appreciate the quick service, with some saying they only wait a few minutes for their food, and leftovers are common for big breakfasts like the Big Breakfast, which is only $30 and feeds five people. The setting, including the covered bridge and the view from the mill, is very picturesque, and the water flowing through the stream adds to the soothing atmosphere.
During Christmas, the restaurant transforms with an extraordinary display of lights and other wonders, making it a complete experience. Guests can tour the mill, buy old-time candy, and enjoy the impressive light display. The gift shop offers items like pancake mix to take home. Overall, visitors find the place charming and recommend stopping by if in the area, enjoying both the historic site and the delicious food. The building’s age does not detract from its cleanliness, and the friendly staff makes every visit enjoyable.
