“This is by far the best fast food restaurant we have in our area. I’ve had had a bad experience or meal here. The manager Ken is the greatest I’ve had the pleasure of knowing him even when he worked at a different location. People like him make restaurant experience enjoyable! He definitely deserves a raise because he always acts with integrity. Always‼️“

“I haven't had a bad meal yet but once a month 8 of us call in for reservations for Saturday. I called for reservations for tonight and they said hold on one minute please and never returned to the phone. I waited 5 min then hung up. not the way to treat a group of paying customers“

“We stopped for lunch today while traveling from Michigan to Pittsburgh. The food was great and the staff was even better. The bartender and the gentleman seating people were extremely friendly and welcoming. Very nice beer , cocktail and food selections.“

“I have not been here since I was in high school about 20 years ago. It was such a perfect day to sit out on the patio and the live music was very enjoyable. I'm reviewing this a 4 out of 5 stars because they had a ton of things that were not available. I ordered a BLT and a side salad. About 10 minutes after ordering my server came up and said they were out of salad. When I asked if I needed to reorder my sandwich as well since there is lettuce also on there, the response was that they are only out of salad lettuce. This was not the only thing they were out of that night, but it was the one thing that they didn't mention that I actually ordered. Otherwise the food was great and our server was nice. She was definitely attentive on keeping drinks full and the table happy. I will absolutely be back.“

“Issue with manager attitude more than one time at this particular location Have reported it to Regional director a long time ago and apparently nothing was said well done as manager in store continues to have an attitude both in person and on the phone.“

“The food here was really good, I got a kids chicken tenders with a side of home fries, the portion was great and the food was even better. My boyfriend got a BBQ bacon burger and it was also extremely good. The waffle fries taste like Denny’s fries. We got here at around 10 am and it was fairly slow, service was slow at first but our food came out fast. The prices can’t be beat. Staff is really good and friendly as well. Will definitely be coming back!!“

“Okay if you want the truth then read carefully. How about to say some things I never in my life thought I would write about a Bob Evans location. There is a server here named Jessica Burns and she is the best Bob Evans server I have ever had in my easily 100 plus visits to a Bob Evans location. The food quality was outstanding and the experience overall left me wishing I had this Bob Evans right down the street from my house. If you're in the Fremont area and you're looking for breakfast or you've got a group of folks that want to go out and have coffee and chat this is a fantastic option. One of the other things that stood out to me was the team work that I witness taking place between Frank the manager and his serving and kitchen staff they're very communicative and wonderful people. Keep in mind I live nearly 200 miles away from here and I would consider stopping back by if I'm ever in the area again.“

“Good place great service 👍. Just ate there and my wife and I both needed to use the restroom. Both of the restrooms smelled like urine and were actually very unkept. I spoke to the manager, and she indicated that they are cleaned with bleach every night. If she was a good manager (my opinion) she would be circulating throughout her restaurant and identify issues before the customers do!“
