“10.03.26…..A humble little hole in the wall but the food is prepared to order.

I had three items at menu price.

Item #1. Beef with mushrooms. Full entree which includes a small order of steamed rice. The order came with tender and juice pieces of thinly sliced beef. Along with slivers of celery, carrots, white onion chunks, I think tender bamboo shoots, snow peas and of course meaty texture mushrooms. The sauce was just right. Ingredients are fresh and overall flavor is fantastic.

Item #2 Chicken Fried Rice. Rice was a bit undercooked but nothing that took away from the great flavor. The chicken was tender, juicy and good slivers of chicken that you could enjoy with the balanced rice season. Carrots and peas and onion also in this dish. I had a large order so I could have some for the following day with a fried over easy egg. Really good.

Item #3. Hot and Sour soup. Great flavor. This is what makes this soup a staple for me when I ask for it at any restaurant. The usual actors here are tofu, julienne vegetables to include tender bamboo shoots, celery, mushrooms and sole protein of beef and chicken. Great, great flavor.

Overall the food was delicious, prepared to order and the speed of delivery was not at all long (12 minutes) for a Saturday afternoon. I’d recommend coming again but I’m an over the road truck driver. If I’m back in the area I’ll make it a point to stop. These simple dishes let me know how the rest of the menu items will be. “If you get buffet, it’s hit or miss with how fresh it is. However, there are a couple items as I’ve had anywhere. I suggest Beef and Broccoli asking them to use their garlic sauce.“
