“Our family of 10 received excellent service from Alexis. They were out of some of our beer requests, but substitutions were made and all was wonderful. The Sunday prime rib special was superb. Great value, terrific service and fun German atmosphere. Coming from Cleveland, Augusta GA, San Diego and Columbus our eclipse trip to Oxford was simply outstanding.“

“This diner is exactly what we were looking for when we wanted breakfast Monday morning. My daughter got the peanut butter french toast and "sick to your ribs" is an understatement. I got eggs over medium (cooked perfect) and we both agreed the hash browns were some of the best we've had anywhere. Plenty of hot coffee. Great service and reasonable prices. (Especially for the portions neither of us could finish in one sitting) . If you're seeing this, stop scrolling and just get in the car already.“
“Happened upon this restaurant during my drive. Pictured is THE MESS. It's scrambled eggs, potato, onion, green pepper, wheat toast and sausage gravy covering it. Now, I'm a corn fed girl and this dish was huge. Now I have enough for breakfast tomorrow. Very attentive waitress. I'll be bringing family next time.“

“This is a fun and lively restaurant. It seemed quite popular. We had to wait over 30 minutes so you may want to get there outside peak hoursTheir burgers and salads were good. They have a full bar and a reasonable selection of beers both draft and can.Booth, table and bar seating“

“New to Oxford and this is a spot I'll be visiting frequently... Great selection of sandwiches and other pub favorites. Loved the Italian beef even though it was a bit soggy. Waffle fries are amazing. Super crispy and flavorful... Prices aren't bad either. Great spot for game day or just a hang with friends.“

“The food was delicious. I ordered the Pulled Pork Brisket Sandwich, and it was huge. The barbecue sauce paired with the sandwich is very good, and I would recommend asking for extra on the side. The fries were crisp and delicious. The pretzels were very soft and paired well with the cheese they were served with. The wait staff were friendly, and the food preparation was timely as well. The murals in the dining area are interesting to look at. I wish that the view to the lake outside of the lodge was less obstructed, though.Overall, it was a great dining experience with great food.Parking: This restaurant shares parking with the entire lodge. There was plenty of parking available. However, this may change depending on the business of the lodge at other times throughout the year.Wheelchair accessibility: Elevators are available in the building to cater to those who need wheelchair access.“
