“Atmosphere is 3 stars cuz it's a Subway.I'm not from Columbus Grove and had never been to this location, so I guessed it was new, but it's not. Very clean, well-lit. Food was all fresh.Sandwiches were ordered online, and they were ready when we got there. Had her make another sandwich, and she loaded on the toppings.Excellent service!“

“Sherry the general manager is there everyday dedicated to her job she is very nice to me and everyone else that stops by here I'm glad to have had the experience to work here . All the employees are usually very friendly in my experience, it's a small store with excellent service. :)“

“I just left this location, with a large order. I went inside to order at a kiosk... Bianca was amazing (sorry if the name is spelled wrong) but she was amazing even brought my food to my car... such a sweetheart because of her I will be going back more! Awesome job Ottawa“

“I got the Tavern style pizza, and it was very good, but the pesto was thin and watery and looked kind of gross. There wasn't much of it. I will definitely get another one, but hold the pesto and use a grocery brand instead. There could have been more tomatoes, some pieces had none.
There was a huge wait time because they seemed short staffed. I had ordered while shopping at Walmart, but still waited 10 minutes or more in the lobby, along with a fairly large group of people. However, the staff was incredible; they were friendly, and you could tell that they all were working hard.
The pizza needed more toppings, but the service was amazing. All of the employees must have been incredibly stressed, but they had smiles for the customers and worked hard under pressure.“

“Place was understaffed and there were people complaining about the wait for their food. I asked for pickles and they put one on my sandwich.? Big Mac was smaller than I remembered. Place was very clean though.

Kid-friendliness: There was a section just for kids. Almost like a playroom.“

“I was walking through their parking lot to my car at night and it was dark. there were about 4 employees hanging around the back door with their uniforms on too and I heard them loudly and obnoxiously talking about me. they said to each other to go lock their car doors. then another one said to check the cameras and double check what is missing from their cars. Racist much? no one was working when I was in there no I know why they were smoking at the back door.“

“Swear to god no cap I went in there and Jared Fogle was there. Apart from that it was IGHT. RIP the janitor cuz I heard someone BLOWINNNN up that stall when I was filling up my Large Rootbeer with no ice. Sat down to eat my meal and discovered some white gooey fluid on the seat “eww gross” that hada been there for a few hours. Bro behind the counter was stingy with the oven, I asked fo my sub to be toasted and home slice put it in that john for like 3 seconds. Soggy ahh sub but non the less didn’t give me the Hershey Squirts like Taco Cranker Barrel.“

“I was going to give this a one star review. Because of one awesome employee It's getting a 5 star. I came in there. Order a veggie Patty. Of course, with mostly veggies as toppens. The employee who was making my sandwich only put 2 small slices of cucumber on my 6in sandwich. Of course, I asked, is that all I get just 2 slices. She said. Yes, that's we put 2 slices on 6 in. 4 on foot long. I mean, I love Subway. I always go to Subway. This has never happened to me in other subway locations. As a trucker, I tried to eat healthy. And let's keep in mind that these truck stops are more expensive. Then normal fast food locations. I did go back the next day and order another sandwich. Was speaking to an employee about the situation. She made me a beautiful sandwich to my satisfaction. THANKS BETTY'S.“
