AJ was amazing
AJ did a great job. He was super friendly and professional. Even made a lot of eye contact, that most people just don't do anymore. He really made my day
Atmosphere is 3 stars cuz it's a Subway.I'm not from Columbus Grove and had never been to this location, so I guessed it was new, but it's not. Very clean, well-lit. Food was all fresh.Sandwiches were ordered online, and they were ready when we got there. Had her make another sandwich, and she loaded on the toppings.Excellent service!

Subway in Columbus Grove offers a clean, well-lit atmosphere with fresh food and excellent service. The staff is attentive and accommodating, quickly addressing any order issues. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, and customers can customize their meals to accommodate dietary needs. While the lettuce quality could be improved, the overall experience is positive.
