Arby's in Columbus

“Quick service, food was pretty good, but our sandwiches looked like they were just thrown together. Roast beef was all bunched up on one side & none on the other side. Pretty much had to take the roast beef off & put it back on so it covered the bun more evenly. Which is kind of messy for a beef n cheddar sandwich. Not a big deal, but it was a bit irritating.“

“Absolutely delightful experience made exceptional by the friendly and endearing customer service of the drive through attendant, Brandy. I normally would never bother with a fast food review but I must say that my meal was made all the more enjoyable by such a brief but memorable engagement.

The steak nuggets were nice, too.“

“We stopped here on our way from Akron, Ohio to Indianapolis, Indiana.
The prices are way too high, as they have gotten to be everywhere, especially since COVID.. But, otherwise:
The restaurant was very clean. Everything was neat and tidy and organized. Nothing was messy or out of place.
The young girl who waited on us was super sweet. Very friendly, helpful and professional.
Food was excellent. Jalapeno bites were fresh, extra hot (temperature hot) and perfectly crispy. I had a honey mustard chicken snack wrap that was tasty and then a Salted Carmel cookie that was to die for!! Huge, fresh and oh so yummy! If I lived in Columbus, Ohio, this would be my go to for deliciously fresh food in a nice clean environment.“

“Arby’s sandwiches are always amazing with decent meat and great prices. Their slogan is impressive, “we have the meats”. This location has a great dining room with an unlimited sauce and beverage station. Service is great. Really like Arby’s roast beef sandwiches. The fish sandwich is also delicious.“

“We often have a quick lunch here. Besides sandwiches, they also have wraps which are the right size for a small appetite. The turnovers are a nice treat.
Our only negative is the sticky floor. I'm not sure what is used to clean it, but it leaves a sticky film.“

“A lovely gal named Jessica helped my husband and I out with our lunch order. This was the 2nd time I visited Arby’s that day 😂 Not only do they have humans working as a cashier 👏 they have this cool bell that you can ring to thank them for their work—I rang it, it was well-deserved. I found out during my two trips that they have Bronco sauce, pretty good. I used it for my jalapeño bites…which, btw, are cream cheese!! NOT cheddar 🙏 Might add this stop to our routine for during the week lunch trips. If you’re in a pinch, the turnaround is quick. You can get back to where you’re going in a jiffy.“
