I been to Axis for the third time In a row this year for pride month, it's a great place to hangout being your true self , enjoying drag shows , making friends, safe place, best gay bars I've ever been to 🩷💜💙.
The security person that was screening outside was so rude and unprofessional. It's not the same since Raj sold it. Annoyed over it enough we did not go to Union, since they are both owned by the same guy. Music was so loud your ear drums feel like they are going to burst. There is a nice up stairs area and a bar up there which is less busy. I didnt see foom
food served here.
Axis is an epic experience! I’ve taken my straight friends and my mom has been going since before I came out lol. The drag shows are incredible, the drinks are strong, it’s such a vibe! Shoutout to Adrian!! incredible bartender & easy on the eyes.

The atmosphere is generally good, though some guests have reported uncomfortable interactions with certain individuals.
The staff and bartenders are described as friendly, but the DJ's music selection is not always well-received, with only about 1 in 5 songs being recognizable to the crowd. The dance floor tends to become more lively after the drag show, which ends around 12:30 am or 1 am. Suggestions have been made to attract a wider range of guests, such as hosting costume parties, jock parties, or fetish parties, as well as hiring a DJ who plays a more diverse selection of music.
While the music and dancers are praised, some guests have reported issues with the security staff, who may have been overly aggressive, particularly towards black and gay women. Additionally, the venue can become uncomfortably hot at times.
