The hospitality was everything you could have imagined!!!! Just had this for the first time everything & more thanks for such a great service highly recommend the Mac & potato salad!!
Big Mal's is the BEST! The food and staff were excellent. Make sure if you are in the Linden area of Columbus you stop in.
This food was amazing. Everything I got was good especially the chicken. Very nice people . Support out black owned businesses. If you haven’t eaten here your missing out!

Big Mal's Linden Cafe offers delicious soul food in a nice, bright, and open setting with a great vibe and views of town. The menu features a variety of dishes, including smothered pork chops and spaghetti, wing dinner, and whiting. Customer favorites include the excellent catfish sandwich, chicken & fries, and 2-piece fish dinner, with potato salad, yams, and greens also being great. The wings are the best, and the fish, mac and cheese, and yams are all great. The rip tip dinner with yams and greens is loved, with many getting extra tips, as the rib tips are fye. Fried pork chops, fried chicken, rib tips, mac, greens, beans, and spaghetti are all great. The food is fresh and fast, with a short wait time. The staff provides good energy, and the owners and staff were friendly. They also offer kool-aid. The cafe is easy to get to off the I-71 and 11th Ave exit.
