Ordered delivery so can't speak for done in experience. But, I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the quality here. Best pizza I've had in Ohio (moved from Chicago). Also the calzone was phenomenal!
Ordered 13 pizzas and salad for a large lunch meeting and Big Tony’s came through in a big way! They were on time and I got rave reviews from those who attended the meeting about how good it was! I had googled pizza delivery near the meeting address and Big Tony’s had 4.8 stars and now I know why! Adding my 5 star review to add to it! Big Tony called me the next day to see how the order was. The pizza tastes good. Both of my attempts there, though, I tried to order an extra large pizza and instead I get the large. It sounded like the guy put the phone down today while we were talking and our conversation was painful. I wasn't overcharged thankfully but now both visits I'm left hungry after dinner. Guess it isn't meant to be.
