This place lacks respect for customers but filled with bad management. I was told there is a 10 min wait but it took 35 mins to get the order. My flight was gonna leave soon so I asked the lady if I can get my refund. She said she can’t do this because the manager is gone and nowhere to find, and there is only one person in the kitchen making 20 orders at the same time. I ordered the pot roast bowl. It says it comes with a biscuit. Guy handed me the little bowl with no biscuit. I asked if I could get the biscuit. He said “it doesn’t come with a biscuit” I said “the menu says it does” he said “nope”. I showed him the menu and he shrugged and said “ nope !” and just kept chatting with his friends.They forgot the gravy too. Airport version of Bob Evans with a limited menu. Order the pot roast mash potato bowl. Fine - nothing special , nothing wrong. My guess is the food is prepared at a central commissary, like so much food service, and the dish is assembled here. Fast food style, order at the counter, pick up your order at the counter.
