We ate at the Columbus, Ohio Airport. The food was good. I had a burger and my wife had a quesidia. The drinks had generous pours of rum. Fries were kind of soggy but tasty.Interesting way to order from the menu through a QR code. Our server was patient and kind. Nice view of the runway.
I usually discount negative reviews as being being too picky, but I think the criticism is right with this one. For me the service we Friday (at a table, not the bar). I had to order in my phone but once I did a friendly touch lady came up to check on me. I ordered the burger medium rare, and about 15 minutes later received it. It looked good, but it was way overcooked (well done) and the taste was awful. I ate maybe half of it. I would suggest people try the food court before...read full review
