“I met up with a few friends here for lunch. We wrote our name down on the waitlist and only had to wait for about 5-10 minutes before we could be sat. The waiting area has some chairs and tons of plants surrounding you. 🪴😍 The menu had all of your basic breakfast and brunch options. I opted for a half serving of French toast with tea, while my friends ordered the Arnold, and some type of sandwich (pictured). Everyone seemed pleased with their choices. 😀

The vibe here is laid back and you don't feel rushed to finish your food and leave. The noise level was tolerable, so that was nice. We were able to hold a conversation and still be able to hear each other. I would like to return in the future!“

“I started working in the area about 6 months ago and I love mom and pop diners for lunch. Since I have visited Scotty's Cafe I have been eating lunch here every day (literally 5 days a week), you can't beat the atmosphere the food is amazing and the owners are definitely one of a kind. Gina and Scotty make you feel like one of the family,the staff is amazing,and you always look forward to your next visit. Definitely a 10 out of 10 every visit.“

The customer service is above and beyond, like nothing you’ve ever seen before, they are super friendly and treat you like you’re a guest in their home. They have a question of the day you answer it and the answer and table number is called out and that’s when you know your order is ready. They make it fun! Their cinnamon biscuits are out of this world. I’m from NJ so biscuits to me are not my thing until I had these and the Manager Mike is super cool, humble and awesome! You can tell he treats his employees with the utmost respect because every single employee was amazing, friendly, down to earth it was a wonderful start of our day!“

“In my humble opinion , for a chain it's the best place for breakfast . Everything is made to order and appears to be made from quality ingredients.
Staff at all First Watch are very friendly and seem to really enjoy working with there.
Anytime I have a choice for breakfast, it'll always be First Watch.

Parking: It's located in a newer strip mall and sits on the west side of US 23 probably halfway between Delaware and the road that takes you to Polaris.
Hope this is the review for that store. We ate at one the day before that was closer to Polaris. East side of I-71. It was also ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Understaffed, no supervision and a lack of proper training keep this potential hot spot way down. The singular cook actually cared but was not really trained and easily overwhelmed in spite of it being a slow night.

The solo waitress has similar issues and the place was needlessly cluttered from prior customers but could have been fixed in just a few minutes. Time she clearly had while we were there. In spite of this she eventually came around and made a decent effort.

I blame management based on what I observed. These two younger folks under good management and with solid, quality training could be really good at their jobs. They seem unguided and burned out. It would be nice if someone with the franchise read this and addressed it properly. With their potential, waffle house should try to keep them and develop them before they lose them.

“I work at a bar and I’m off at 3am and Waffle House is my go to. I don’t generally go to this location but I did today and I’m never going to another location. The woman i believe named courtnie was so nice she took my order. I’m not sure of the cooks name she was another nice lady. The food was so good! I had special requests (well done bacon over medium eggs cheese grits) and all were met perfectly. Usually when I get my grits the cook just puts the cheese on top and it’s hard to mix in but she put it in the middle and it wasn’t clumpy or runny. The food didn’t take long to be ready either. The girls are running the place wonderfully :)“
