“We are regulars here. The staff are friendly and hard working. Not afraid to have a conversation with you and they will make your order right without issue. They have other locations but we prefer this location based upon the employees we encounter and the food being so on point.“

“They make your order right in front of you. They use fresh ingredients! I got crepes and a avocado shake and everything was fantastic! This is a family run small business and I appreciate that it is clean and great service. They have crepes, waffles, shakes, coffee, tea, and more! Also have Turkish coffee which is a huge bonus!“

“Second time here and there will be a third, I promise you that. The customer service is above and beyond, like nothing you’ve ever seen before, they are super friendly and treat you like you’re a guest in their home. They have a question of the day you answer it and the answer and table number is called out and that’s when you know your order is ready. They make it fun! Their cinnamon biscuits are out of this world. I’m from NJ so biscuits to me are not my thing until I had these and the Manager Mike is super cool, humble and awesome! You can tell he treats his employees with the utmost respect because every single employee was amazing, friendly, down to earth it was a wonderful start of our day!“

“In my humble opinion , for a chain it's the best place for breakfast . Everything is made to order and appears to be made from quality ingredients.
Staff at all First Watch are very friendly and seem to really enjoy working with there.
Anytime I have a choice for breakfast, it'll always be First Watch.
Parking: It's located in a newer strip mall and sits on the west side of US 23 probably halfway between Delaware and the road that takes you to Polaris.
Hope this is the review for that store. We ate at one the day before that was closer to Polaris. East side of I-71. It was also ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“My husband and I visited Sunny Street Café on a Sunday morning for breakfast, and we had an amazing experience! Our server, Savion, was extremely polite and professional, providing exceptional service from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious—we would strongly recommend the Loaded Hash Browns, King CFS, and the Chicken and Waffles! The atmosphere had such a great vibe, perfect for a relaxing weekend breakfast. We will definitely be recommending Sunny Street Café to our friends and family, and we look forward to visiting again soon!“

“It is always nice to have a place to meet up with a long-time friend or friends. My friend and I recently had breakfast together at Waffle House. Our server was very friendly and checked on us often. We received our food exactly as we ordered it. Waffle House has a variety of food choices at affordable prices. The coffee is also a great choice.“

“Understaffed, no supervision and a lack of proper training keep this potential hit spot way down. The singular cook actually cared but was not really trained and easily overwhelmed in spite of it being a slow night.
The solo waitress has similar issues and the place was needlessly cluttered from prior customers but could have been fixed in just a few minutes. Time she clearly had while we were there. In spite of this she eventually came around and made a decent effort.
I blame management based on what I observed. These two younger folks under good management and with solid, quality training could be really good at their jobs. They seem unguided and burned out. It would be nice if someone with the franchise read this and addressed it properly. With their potential, waffle house should try to keep them and develop them before they lose them.

“I typically go later at night (10pm-3am) and we usually get Cheryl. She is by far one of the best waitresses I’ve ever encountered. She’s always so friendly and welcoming, offers suggestions, extras/ add ons, and basically reads your mind and knows what you want before you even know lol. She always makes sure our order is perfect before bringing it and never forgets anything we ask for or order. She is very quick and our food literally comes out piping hot (like blow on it before putting it in your mouth hot). She provides the best service I’ve EVER had at any IHOP. Give the woman a raise because god knows she works her butt off and deserves it!!! Cheryl if you see this- THANK YOU!!!“

“I met up with a few friends here for lunch. We wrote our name down on the waitlist and only had to wait for about 5-10 minutes before we could be sat. The waiting area has some chairs and tons of plants surrounding you. 🪴😍 The menu had all of your basic breakfast and brunch options. I opted for a half serving of French toast with tea, while my friends ordered the Arnold, and some type of sandwich (pictured). Everyone seemed pleased with their choices. 😀
The vibe here is laid back and you don't feel rushed to finish your food and leave. The noise level was tolerable, so that was nice. We were able to hold a conversation and still be able to hear each other. I would like to return in the future!“

“I had the pleasure of having D.J. as my waitress and she was so polite, so professional, and was very attentive. I couldn't have asked for better service. The general manager stopped by my table to see how everything was and was very polite and had a nice conversation as well.
My children love IHOP and this location has such wonderful service and is great to our family.

“Keep in mind, I decided to go to Waffle House, and these are ratings are compared against other waffle houses, not First Watch. The food was decent, hash browns were a little dry, but all together it hit the spot for a quick lunch between errands.
Atmosphere for Colunbus Eastside/airport was actually quite pleasant, and the entire staff was courteous and fun. No fights broke out, and I left with a full belly, caffeine buzz, and all 4 tires intact on my car. I call that a good day😉“

“I started working in the area about 6 months ago and I love mom and pop diners for lunch. Since I have visited Scotty's Cafe I have been eating lunch here every day (literally 5 days a week), you can't beat the atmosphere the food is amazing and the owners are definitely one of a kind. Gina and Scotty make you feel like one of the family,the staff is amazing,and you always look forward to your next visit. Definitely a 10 out of 10 every visit.“
