Tyler served our large group of 14 ladies tonight extremely well! He was polite, kind, and very thorough. He did an amazing job and I would highly recommend Buca, its food, and Tyler to serve you!
If it weren’t for a server named Anthony, I would be giving a 1 star. The restaurant was very busy and overbooked. It was a Blue Jackets game night. So once we arrived for our 5:30 reservation they told us we wouldn’t get seated until after 6 because the servers are all overwhelmed and can’t handle more tables.
