Rud customer service and my fris were very cold and the lady at the drive threw window was screaming at me my hamburger tast like it wasn't fresh I haven't been to burgerking in years n when the one day I do go I Remember why I don't go a waste of time n money thy were so good when I was younger bk has fallen down a deep hole and needs to be f8xed if thy want to stay in serves
This location is criminally underrated. Piping hot food! Fast service! Polite and welcoming staff! Clean!!! Did I mention the food was hot? Several BKs in central Ohio are serving cold food that takes forever. Not on Morse Road! Seriously, it's worth going out of your way to come to this location.

The food was hot and fresh and so were the people. lol all jokes aside (though much truth is said in jest) the people treated me well. I felt like I was amongst friends (that were busy manning the grill mind you). They were friendly, prompt, and accommodating and didn’t keep me waiting. I would give them 6 stars if I could. 7 even. In fact, who says I can’t?! Therefore, all 5 +2 for a perfect 7 because it was like a meal prepared from heaven.
