“I think it’s a given to say that you will receive great service at any Chick-Fil-A restaurant, however, Garrett gave such great service tonight. I hadn’t been to this location in weeks and he remembered my name. I overheard some of the employees say he’s leaving due to a different job opportunity. This location is losing a great staff member. In general, this location is super quick and accurate and efficient. It’s a little hard to get in and out of, another reoccurring problem with all Chick-Fil-A locations, lol!

“Chloe should be the (Inter)National spokesperson for Chick-fil-A! Chloe is simply amazing! She gives more than customer service, she gives relationship! I'm in Law Enforcement and work 3rd shift. In route home, I pass several Chick-fil-A restaurants and patron Clintonville (High/Morse Rd). Don't get me wrong, Chick-fil-A has great service everywhere you go, BUT Chloe is EXTRAORDINARY! Her upbeat friendly personality, smiles, and eager nature can't be taught. You have to be born. Kudos to her leadership staff because she's an amazing reflection of you, Chik-fil-A's vision and mission, and frankly she seems to really enjoy what she does.“

“First time trying their breakfast and it was delicious. I tried the egg white grill muffin with chicken fillet. It was a very tasty and light sandwich. I didn’t feel overly stuffed after eating there not like eating at McDonald’s or Burger King. The food was nice and hot not like McDonald’s or Burger King breakfast where it’s like luke warm to cold.

“I just gotta say that when I went to the counter with my empty cup to get a refill, the man who took my order waved at me and called me by name. He remembered my name. He then asked me to remind him what I was drinking and apologized for not remembering, saying that he usually remembers what people were drinking. My mind is blown. That's crazy awesome and impressive. All this was in a busy mall too, and the line was overfull when I ordered. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get his name, but I know he was wearing a bluish polo shirt and that his dedication is next level. This guy deserves a raise“
