No matter what state I'm in when I visit a Chick-fil-A I always get fantastic customer service polite respectful quick food the food always is fixed at a top-notch rate, for a fast food joint they really have things figured out and I cannot recommend more. The prices are a bit on the pricey side however I have no issues paying the additional costs because of the fantastic service and quality of the food thank you for doing things right.
Lane Signage was a little confusing, but the food was excellent. Top notch customer service should adapt to the customer, rather than instructing customer to go all the way around the building in order to get in outer drive-thru lane for non-mobile orders, especially when signage is not as clear as it could be and it is dark outside.. This could have caused the store to lose a sale and a repeat customer. Thank you Chick-fil-A.

The food and service are good, but this location has a super strict “sauce limit” policy and I do mean strict - you can have 2 sauces total with your meal. When my partner asked them about it, an employee told us how much money the location has saved my implementing this and moved on. I’d be about it if it meant higher hourly pay for their employees, but that’s not where the sauce money is going.
