Went to the new chipotle location and the order was incomplete. Got back to the house I’m pet sitting for and the bowl was only rice and meat.
I was disappointed but I know things happen and so I wrote a an email asking for half off my next order. I paid 14 dollars (double meat burrito bowl and a bag of chips) and didn’t get what I paid for.
The customer service rep replied offering a free drink (???) I didn’t even get a drink.
