JOE was my hero today! He was by far the sweetest person i have ever met in my life. I forgot my wallet and he said ok. Very chill. Non judgemental and kind. He said well it’s on me today! All you can do is tell ppl how much you love potbelly sandwich shop! My heart sank. JOE you are an amazing person! I dont know how i could ever repay you for that beyond kind gesture!

Interesting sandwich shop with great combinations. The prime rib sandwich was bomb. The chip selection was interesting. I will return for another selection.

This Potbelly store is amazing. The dining room is large and clean. WiFi is available. Service is fast. Subs are freshly toasted. The rib sandwich and potato soup are heavenly especially if you put peppers on the sammich. The chicken salad is fire too. The oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are to die for. The shakes are seriously good. Staff is friendly, quick, and always able to smile and interact with people warmly. Customers experience exceptional customer service hospitality. One employee with a warm smile, positivity, and kindness is a ray of sunshine. The staff are wonderful at customer service and being sandwich artists. This is a comfort food place. It is always tasty and allows customers to meet different dietary goals. It is a go-to spot for something tasty and not overcomplicated.
